Car and parking

The city has extensive parking facilities. As you drive into Gothenburg, electronic signs help you find a parking space and show how many spaces are available.

Parking with City Card
Gothenburg City Card includes free parking at a large number of the city's public pay parking places. The parking permit includes street parkings marked with the text TAXA on a colored stick and number 1-7. Information and map over all the other free car parks are found here:
